The Magic of Lucca : Villa Gabrau wonderful immense surrounded by a
majestic park
The Villa Grabau belonged to the Diodato rich merchant family of Lucca.
The hisotric house has a park of about 9 hectares where a botanical garden develops
rich in exotic trees.
The Villa was built with the facade facing downstream anticipated by an avenue
bordered by a row of boxwood
The halls with two large central halls overlook the garden-park for its entire
lenght and have living rooms and sitting rooms painted with bright decorations
and furnished by old furniture
The Teatro della Verzura is a corner of the park where a suitable stage is used
perform civil rities
Finally we have The Limonaia once used to shelter plants during cold season
today used as a place for wedding or party
The historic mansion can be visited and also used for weddings corporate events
