San Michele and the Diamond is the legend that I tell you in this Blog
The statue on top of the facade of the homonymous church.
The statue of about 4 meters with a crusader globe in the left hand stands out
on the square below
According to legend, San Michele winning over the Dragon seems like
a diamond on his finger
Whoever could see its glitter would have earned heaven.
I have never seen it but if you come to Lucca try to look for it with your eyes and
you will have paradise
